
Ambassador Luis Suárez Hernández received the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) from the Official International College of Doctors and the Honorable World Academy of Education. The solemn ceremony was held at the National Library of El Salvador (BINAES) within the framework of the 13th International College of Doctors Ceremony.
The events were presided over by the Supreme Council of the Official International College of Doctors, made up of academics and figures of high international prestige from the United States, Mexico, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Chile, Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, Panama, Guatemala, and other countries.
Two International Doctoral ceremonies were held in San Salvador, El Salvador, on July 24 at the Holiday Inn Hotel and on July 25 at the BINAES Auditorium. Both ceremonies featured graduates from various fields, as well as individuals from the Salvadoran government, such as Vice President Dr. Félix Ulloa, Morena Ileana Valdéz Vigil, Minister of Tourism, José Mauricio Pineda Rodríguez, Minister of Education, Raúl Neftalí Castillo Rosales, Minister of Culture, members with honors and causes, and the Ambassador of El Salvador to Peru, Pablo Caballero Pineda.

During the day, the conferrals of honorary doctors, academic doctors, and doctors of philosophy (PhD) were held, consolidating the mission of the Official International College of Doctors to recognize and promote globally professionals and authorities with a significant impact on education, culture, and social development.
Ambassador Suárez expressed his pride in being part of the Official International College of Doctors family and dedicated this great recognition to his wife, Dayamy Rodríguez, and their three children, Maely, Yleam, and Yemely.
